Great to get around town! Amazing drivers. Amazing customer service.

I LOVE Via. I have just one favor to ask if the app developers. Please advise the rider of the number of minutes BEFORE I confirm pickup. There is a huge difference in my ability to accept a ride that is 2 minutes away vs 15 minutes away and I dont have time to cancel and start over every time. My latest update was 2/12 and that did not fix the problem. Thank you.

There is no way to report a problem with a driver or the app, which is the most frustrating thing as a customer. After 5 rides they force you to buy credits for future rides or raise your price per ride by 33%. The gps doesnt take into account massive construction projects, which has forced me to twice meet a driver in an unsafe location, and today I waited 15 minutes for a driver that was supposed to be 3 minutes away who couldnt get to me because of construction so he canceled my ride and it bounced to someone significantly further. The drivers have been very professional so I hate to give a negative review to what has been an otherwise great app. The poor customer service intake requires that I post this publicly.

First and last time Ill be using your app. The driver waited to pick up someone who exceeded their wait time and then the girl was screaming on the phone and couldnt find where she was going still. She was arguing. And yelling at the driver that he shouldve been at one intersection and she didnt understand that you need to WALK to the meeting point given. I even tried to aid her and then she gets in the car and starts screaming that I was being rude over the phone and making up dialogue in her head. The driver I was defending didnt say anything or interject while she was yelling in the car. This was ridiculous and absurd. Ive never had this craziness with lyft line or Uber pool.

Ive left other riding apps in the dust thanks to this!

Awesome first ride! I couldnt believe I got home before 6pm... Chicago loop to Lincoln Park!

They get paid by hour so they milk system and drive as slow as possible. They are always 500 feet behind the next car. They make 2 lights when they could easy make 10.

I live in Chicago and Via has totally replaced the train for me — especially on rainy days. No more “signal issues” causing unexpected delays. I don’t usually review apps, but I had to review Via because I am such a fan.

I love the app and I like the service. Most of the time very reliable. Ive had a couple of bad experiences but mostly good. I find the app to be very user friendly and if there is a problem you can text with an alive person.

Get the weekly or monthly pass to take advantage of the bet ride sharing app out there in NYC!! Hands down, Via blows Uber/Lyft/Gett/Juno out of the water. Highly recommend, download now!!!

This app would be much more competitive if you supported ApplePay and had an Apple Maps extension. ApplePay would speed up the signup process, offer more security, and reduce your liability for credit card abuse. A Maps extension would give your app more credibility, give it equal exposure to iPhone users alongside Uber and Lyft, and make it easy for people to comparison shop with one tap (where youd probably have the clear price advantage)

So I just deleted my uber and lyft! I can now go from my house in downtown Brooklyn to HARLEM for $5.95!! What a steal. Love this app I was so happy today when I got the email that via would now be serving downtown Brooklyn :)
